Aidar Kenesbekov, PhD, postdoctoral fellow at “PlasmaScience” LLP, is undergoing a scientific internship at Sakarya University under the “500 Scientists” program. Sakarya University is one of the top 30 universities in Turkey and enjoys a prestigious position in the top 5% of global universities. The internship, conducted from April 1 to August 31, 2024, is focused on the development of the scientific and technological foundations for producing intermetallic coatings using the air plasma spraying method. This area of research is confined to the priority area “Research in Engineering Sciences”. Aidar's internship work includes close interaction with Professor Ali ÇORUH, who acts as his supervisor. Together with Professor Aidar, he conducts experiments, analyzes data and develops new methods for producing coatings that are widely used in the field of energy.
