The research and production company "PlasmaScience" closely cooperates with regional universities not only in the field of fundamental and applied research in the field of materials science, but also participates in personnel training (industrial and pre-graduate internships for students, supervision of master's students, doctoral students and postdoctoral students). So at VKTU named after. D. Serikbaev, an expert group from the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NAOKO-IQAA) arrived to conduct an external audit of the accreditation of the university’s educational programs. International accreditation was carried out by an external expert commission of NAOKO (IQAA) for several educational programs, including the EP “Technical Physics”, both at the undergraduate level (6B05301) and at the master’s level (7M05301). As part of the accreditation of educational programs, visits were organized to the practice bases of the EP "Technical Physics", including the LLP "PlasmaScience", where students, undergraduates and doctoral students have access to the latest equipment and the opportunity to conduct their research work. The main activities of our company are also the development and implementation of advanced technologies that help improve the durability, reliability and quality of parts, the creation of high-quality and competitive products using resource-saving coating technologies and modification of the surface of materials. Students and doctoral students participating in scientific projects and research receive not only theoretical knowledge and practical skills, but also the opportunity to collaborate with leading scientists and specialists in the field of materials science, mechanical engineering and surface engineering. This allows them not only to successfully defend their theses and dissertations, but also to become part of the scientific community. An important aspect of our work, as a practice base, is the organization of scientific seminars, lectures and conferences, where students and doctoral students can exchange experiences and results of their research with colleagues and experts from other scientific centers and universities. Thus, the cooperation of our company with leading universities in the region allows us to solve issues of attracting young scientists to scientific, scientific and technical, commercialization activities and create conditions for their professional growth.
